These terms govern your use of studiotlabs.com, the website of STUDIOT LABS LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
Nothing is sold on this website. When you buy from one of our stores, the contract is with STUDIOT LABS LLC on the terms published by that store, including its return and refund policy. Those terms govern the purchase, not these. See artcase.studio or artee.studio.
1. What this site is for
The site describes our company and the stores we operate, and links to them. It is informational. Availability, catalog, pricing and delivery times are stated by each store at the time of order and can change.
2. Permitted use
You may read the site and link to it. You may not:
- copy, republish or resell its content except as allowed below;
- use it in a way that damages it, interferes with other people's use of it, or attempts to gain unauthorized access to any system;
- scrape or harvest it by automated means at a rate that burdens the service;
- use it to break any law, or to infringe anyone's rights.
You may quote short extracts with attribution to STUDIOT LABS LLC and a link to the page quoted.
3. Intellectual property
The design, text, layout and code of this site belong to STUDIOT LABS LLC or are used with permission. ARTCASE and ARTEE are our trademarks. Other names and marks that appear here, including those of Stripe, Printful, Apple and Samsung, belong to their owners and are used only to describe what we do and which products we support. Nothing here implies any endorsement by them.
4. Links to other sites
This site links to our stores and may link to third-party sites. Our stores are ours and are covered by their own published terms. Third-party sites are not ours, we do not control them, and we are not responsible for their content or their practices.
5. No warranty
The site is provided as it is and as available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of harmful components, or that the information on it is complete or current.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, STUDIOT LABS LLC and its members, officers and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of your use of this site, whether the claim is in contract, tort or otherwise, and even if we were told such damages were possible. For any claim connected with this site, our total liability will not exceed one hundred United States dollars (US$100).
Some states do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages. Where that is so, the exclusions and limits above apply to you only as far as that state's law permits, and nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
7. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless STUDIOT LABS LLC from any claim, loss or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of this site in breach of these terms or of any law.
8. Governing law and where disputes are heard
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of this site will be brought in the state or federal courts sitting in Natrona County, Wyoming, and you and we consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. This section does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer law of the state where you live.
9. Changes
We may change these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, with its effective date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
10. Severability
If any part of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest stays in force and the unenforceable part is applied as closely as the law allows to its original intent.
